Excellent Stay!
warm service open wardrobe
The staff were very helpful especially at Madison's. Jagan provided warm service. My room had automated curtains which was a very nice touch. I was surprised by the open wardrobe. It felt spacious. The rooftop pool was quite cool.
The shower area was a bit awkward, water came out to the vanity area. The lighting in the shower wasn't makeup-friendly. It was not easy to see well.

The staff offered prompt check-in and provided complimentary drinks. I liked this. Jagan and team at Madison's were super observant. They took care of every need. Their attentiveness really enhanced my dining experience.

The hotel has a 24-hour gym. I found it adequate for my needs! The rooftop pool provided nice views. There were no crowds which I like.

Wonderful stay and excellent service
modern design clean room comfortable beds
the king studio suite with lounge access was fine. it was modern , beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. the beds were very comfortable. i appreciated the central location.
i noticed that the room size was a bit small. i forgot something in the room and realised it a few days after , but they could not find it. the staff was not overly helpful in this situation.

great location public transport rooftop pool small room no wardrobe glass wall
the location is unbeatable. it is so close to public transport, made getting around easy. the rooftop pool was an absolute treat too. i loved relaxing there after a long day (the views were amazing!).
the beautiful king room felt a little small. there was no wardrobe, so clothes hung in the room. i also found the bathroom setup a bit odd with its glass wall. turning on the light at night disturbed my partner.

decent stay overall
amazing food eco friendly amenities great view bad shower smell blocked shower drain missing bin liners
the food was amazing. the room was comfortable and had eco friendly amenities everywhere. both pools were great and the views from the roof of the city were amazing.
The room was not family friendly. Too many items were in reach of our two year old daughter. the shower had a bad smell. the drain blocked up quickly. also they didn't provide bin liners, rather silly for something labelled as family friendly.

crowded elevator limited minibar selection
The elevator situation was something else. I swear, trying to get to the lobby was like auditioning for a spot in a sardine can. the minibar was about as stocked as my fridge after a week-long juice cleanse. I would have appreciated a wider selection of snacks. After all, a girl's gotta eat, even on vacation!

Two pools gave a choice of swimming environments. The rooftop bar provided expansive city views. Breakfast food included various options. I ate outside at the Executive Lounge during breakfast.
The elevators was slow during peak hours.
